Opening the Exchange Rates Master File

1. Select FILE | EXCHANGE RATES.

Micronet displays the Exchange Rate Selection screen.

2. Select an existing exchange rate.

If you have more than one screen of exchange rates, you can use a partial key search. For more information, refer to "Using Partial Key Searches".

3. Optionally, select to sort the list of exchange rates using the options under the SORT menu.

You can sort exchange rates by ID or by country.

4. Alternatively, escape the Exchange Rate Selection screen and enter the ID of an existing exchange rate.

Micronet displays the Exchange Rate Update screen in Update Mode, with the details of the exchange rate you selected.
